  • We provide Standard Cleanings, Deep Cleanings, and Move In / Move Out Cleaning services. To see exactly what’s included with each type of visit, please check out our Services Page for a detailed checklist.

  • Standard Cleaning is designed for ongoing maintenance and is ideal for homes that are cleaned regularly. It focuses on routine tasks such as kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, and general tidying.

    Deep Cleaning is a more detailed and thorough service. It includes everything in a Standard Clean, with additional attention to buildup and the overall structure of the home, such as baseboards, doors, walls, and other areas that are not typically addressed during regular maintenance visits.

    • Click “Get a Free Estimate” at the top of our website and complete the estimate request form. This form gives us the information needed to provide an accurate quote for your home.

    • Within 48 hours you will receive an email with your estimated service time and cost.

    • Once the estimate is approved, we will provide available dates for your cleaning.

    • After selecting your date, you’ll receive our service agreement outlining policies and expectations. Your appointment is officially confirmed once the agreement has been signed.

    • We will send a confirmation text the day before your scheduled visit.

  • Yes, we arrive fully equipped with our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

    If you prefer that we use specific products, you’re welcome to leave them out in an easily accessible location for our team. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues or damage resulting from client-provided products

  • No, you do not need to be home during your appointment. Many clients choose to provide a door code, key, or other entry instructions so the cleaning can be completed while they’re away.

    If you prefer to be home, that’s absolutely fine. We simply ask that you allow our team space to work efficiently and safely.

    If choosing to leave the door unlocked, please note that we cannot be responsible for the security of the home before arrival or after departure.

  • We love our clients’ pets and are happy to work around friendly animals.

    However, If a pet has shown signs of aggression or you are unsure how they may react to strangers in the home, especially if you will not be present, we ask that they be safely secured or removed during the visit. This helps us work efficiently while keeping everyone safe.

  • We primarily use products that are formulated to be gentle and safe around pets and children. Our main cleaners for high-touch surfaces and floors fall into this category.

    However, certain areas of the home require stronger products for proper cleaning, such as Lysol for disinfecting toilets. When used, we apply these products carefully and responsibly.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.

    We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, and we do not charge cancellation fees for occasional situations. However, frequent last-minute cancellations may result in fees or refusal of future bookings.

  • We ask that the home is generally tidied, with items in their usual places, unless prior arrangements for organizing have been made. This allows us to focus fully on cleaning.

    Please put away valuables, sentimental, or irreplaceable items. For safety reasons, we also ask that any hazards are removed. If a pet has shown signs of aggression, they must be secured or removed during the visit. We reserve the right to refuse or leave a job if the environment is unsafe.

  • Yes. You can view available add-ons on our Services page and select them directly on the booking form when submitting your request.

    If there is something you need that is not listed, you’re welcome to ask. While we will always try to accommodate, not all requests may be possible.

    Additional tasks are billed at our deep cleaning hourly rate and can be added to any service.
